Win A Van Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• 1.  To be eligible for the Giveaway, attendees must be qualified, registered for and physically present at one of the Trade Mastermind 7-Figure Business Builder Workshops in January 2024.
• The Giveaway runs from 12pm on 01 January 2024 to 6pm on 31 January 2024.

Entry Criteria:

• 2. Attendees will be automatically entered into the giveaway upon:
  
• completing the event registration process which includes the £49 refundable ticket deposit,
  
• attending the full event to the final closing remars,
• submitting an event review at the end of day,
• fulfilling the event qualification criteria: owning a business in construction with a minimum annual sales of £65,000.

Attendance Requirements:

• 3. To qualify for the Giveaway, attendees must stay for the entire duration of the Trade Mastermind event until the closing remarks and submit an honest and fair review of the event by the end of the day (ie Google, TrustPilot, Facebook).
  

Winner Selection:

• 4. The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries. The draw will be conducted at TM HQ within 7 working days from the Giveaway closing date.

Notification of Winner:

• 5. The selected winner will be announced and contacted immediately. It is the responsibility of the winner to check email, SMS and calls to receive the notification.
  

Claiming the Prize:

• 6. The winner must provide valid identification and contact information to claim the prize. Failure to do so within a reasonable time frame may result in the selection of an alternate winner.
  

Prize Details:

• 7. The prize is a free van (Ford Transit Custom, white, used), as specified by the Trade Mastermind team. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  
• Prize is to be collected in person from the Trade Mastermind Head Office. The visit includes a photo opportunity with Joseph Valente, CEO, and an opportunity to become a featured guest at the Trade Mastermind "Trade Secrets" podcast.

Publicity:

• 8. By entering the Giveaway, participants grant permission for their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes by Trade Mastermind, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and press releases.
  

Event Changes or Cancellation:

• 9. Trade Mastermind reserves the right to modify the terms of the Giveaway or cancel the giveaway at any time, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.
  
• Any event ticket holder has the right to cancel or reschedule their booking with a minimum of 3 working days' notice. Failure to notify the Trade Mastermind team in advance will result in the ticket deposit of £49 being forfeited.
• Where the ticket holder has rescheduled the booking for an alternative date past the Giveaway closing date, they will no longer qualify for the Giveaway.

Disqualification:

• 10. Trade Mastermind reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
  

Release of Liability:

• 11. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Trade Mastermind, its organisers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
  

Compliance with Laws:

• 12. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  
• 13. The Giveaway is not endorsed, administered, affiliated or connected to Facebook.

By attending the Trade Mastermind Workshops and entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
